Fermentation at a temperature of 25°C and aging in barriques for 18 months. Prior to its release, the wine was aged after bottling for at least 6 months.
The colour is ruby red tending towards garnet

Gaiarda has an intense and persistent aroma accompanied by a rich tannins finesse

It perfectly pairs with the canavesan cuisine, salumi, cheese.
