GRAPES AND VINEYARD
Comes from the thinning of Barbera and Nebbiolo. The growing method in use is the guyot.
CELLAR
the grapes are harvested in mid- September. The grapes are delicately destemmed and elimination of grape stalks, peels and seeds, so you don’t have any maceration in contact with peels. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 16-17°C. Subsequently, aging in steel and bottle for a few weeks before sale.
TASTING
salmon pink brilliant and clear. Intense aromas of fresh fruit such as strawberry, raspberry and green apple. Fresh and refreshing with right acidity. Ideal as an aperitif with good company appetizers, fish and shellfish.
