Vinification and Ageing:
After a soft grape pressing followed by the elimination of skins and grape seeds, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tank and aged bottle.

the floral hints of white flowers are accompanied by clear aromatic herbs notes. The fruity aroma of matured raspberry, strawberry and green apple.

Light bodied wine, well balaced acidity and full refreshing on the finish
A wine with a great personality which goes well with fish, shellfish, aperitif and main dishes.
