Erbaluce of Caluso DOCG

GRAPES AND VINEYARD

White grape variety.
The growing method in use is the guyot double upside down, yield of 90 quintals of grapes hectare.

CELLAR
the grapes are harvested in mid- September. The grapes are delicately destemmed and elimination of grape stalks, peels and seeds. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Subsequently, aging in steel on the yeasts until you put a bottle.

TASTING
brilliant yellow color with greenish Reflections. Floral aromas of white flowers and aromatic herbs with hints of fresh peach fruit and green apple. Fresh on the palate, it accompanies appetizers and fish dishes.
Alcool 12%.
