80% Barbera 20% Bonarda and Freisa
Production Area:
Rivara and Levone Hills
Vinification and Ageing:
The must is pre-fermented at a temperature of 8°C in order to extract the pure color and flavor from grape skin,s then it’s fermented at a temperature of 25°C Ageing in barriques for 12 months. It is then transferred to bottles, where it matures for at least 6 months.
