Vineyard located in the municipality of Levone. 3500 plants hectare and yield of 60 quintals of grapes hectare.
the grapes are harvested in mid- October. The grapes are delicately destemmed, here is a fast lowering of the temperature at 8°C using the cryomaceration technique, this allows a cold check of the must for 3 days. This helps in the expression of the aromas present in the grapes. The fermentation is completed at 25°C for another 12 days. Later it will do aging in wood and a few months in the bottle.
purplish ruby-red color, aromas of cherry and small red fruits. Deep and harmonious flavor and good taste persistence. Excellent drinkability, accompanies first courses and second courses of white or red meat, cheeses and cold cuts.
